SHACMAN F3000

The F3000 is a heavy-truck series of SHACMAN, the international brand of Shaanxi Automobile Group. SHACMAN’s Russian site says that the heavy-truck technology of MAN (Germany) is applied in building the F3000, and its series page calls it “Легендарный грузовик на базе MAN” (a legendary truck based on MAN). This page follows three undated pages of shacman.ru, the official SHACMAN site for Russia, read on 27 October 2026: the F3000 series page, the page of the one F3000 model the series page lists, the 6x4 tipper (“Самосвал F3000 6x4”), and the company history page.

Overview and generations

The history page says that the F3000 was registered “по настоятельной просьбе местных пользователей” (at the urgent request of local users) and that “Технология Pure MAN” (Pure MAN technology) and a unique peak configuration made it the 2009 model of China’s heavy-truck industry. None of the three pages describes an earlier generation of the F3000 or gives a start of series production. On shacman.ru the F3000 series is listed beside the X3000, the X3000 restyle, the L3000 and the X6000; the history page dates the launch ceremony of the X3000 in Xi’an to 18 December 2014.

The series page gives the F3000’s uses as medium- and long-distance freight transport, road-construction and quarry vehicles, and special vehicles carrying bodies of various kinds. It also links three PDF documents: an operator’s manual titled for the SHACMAN F2000 and F3000 Euro-V, a second operator’s manual and operating instructions for tipper bodies.

Versions and cabs

The series page lists two cabs for the F3000: a high cab with an extended sleeping place, “тип N” (type N), with two berths, upper and lower, and a low extended cab, “тип D” (type D), with one lower berth. Its table shows which cab each version is offered with.

The 6x4 tipper page repeats the tipper row, with the low extended cab of type D, and its list of general characteristics carries the line “двухместная с одним спальным местом” (two-seat, with one berth), printed under the label for the engine. For the interior, the series page lists a spacious interior with much storage space; an “Американский интерьер VISTEON” (American VISTEON interior) using 100% natural fabric; an adjustable steering wheel; a high-strength anti-impact steel beam on the inner side of the door, which SHACMAN says improves safety; a one-piece floor mat with protective strips, which SHACMAN says insulates well, is easy to wash and suppresses noise; and a four-point air suspension with a lateral damping shock absorber, which it says improve driving comfort on poor roads. It describes a new berth “размером до 63 см” (sized up to 63 cm) in fabric with negative ions.

Engine

The series page says the F3000 can be fitted, at the customer’s choice, with Weichai or Cummins engines that fully meet the Euro IV and Euro V emission standards. The 6x4 tipper page names one engine, the WEICHAI WP10.336E53: a diesel, inline six-cylinder, with common-rail fuel injection, 336 hp at 1,900 rpm and a displacement of 9.726 litres (printed “9,726”). In the engine section, the line “Коробка передач: Экологический стандарт:” (gearbox: emission standard) carries no value. None of the three pages gives a kilowatt figure or a torque for an F3000 engine; SHACMAN states the output in hp (л.с.), a unit explained in reading truck power figures.

Transmission

The tipper page gives a manual gearbox, “механическая, 2JSD200TA-B+КОМ QH50” (manual, 2JSD200TA-B with a QH50 power take-off), and the drive “на заднюю ось” (on the rear axle). The part a power take-off plays on a tipper is described in tipper trucks.

Axles and brakes

The tipper page gives the 6x4 wheel formula, explained in axle configurations explained, and an axle-load distribution of 7,500 kg at the front and 16,000 kg at the rear (“передняя - 7500 кг, задняя - 16000 кг”). Its brake section lists a pneumatic service brake, “4 точечная” (four-point), a parking brake system as the secondary brake, an engine brake retarder, “моторный тормоз-замедлитель”, as the auxiliary brake, and ABS; engine brakes and retarders are described in retarders and engine braking. None of the three pages gives axle makes, axle ratios or tyres for the F3000.

Dimensions, weights and tipper body

The tipper page prints the overall dimensions as “8329×2490×3450” and the body volume as “19.3 / 25”. None of the three pages gives a kerb weight, a gross vehicle weight or a payload for the F3000 tipper; the weight ratings themselves are set out in gross vehicle and gross combination weight.

Source notes

The F3000 6x4 tipper page on SHACMAN’s Russian site gives its engine output in hp (л.с.) only: 336 hp at 1,900 rpm for the WEICHAI WP10.336E53, with a displacement of 9.726 litres. The series, tipper and history pages give no kilowatt figure or torque for an F3000 engine, and no kerb weight, gross vehicle weight or payload for the tipper; the tipper page gives axle loads of 7,500 kg at the front and 16,000 kg at the rear and a wheelbase of 3,775 + 1,400 mm. The same page prints “Тип кабины: Евро-5” (cab type: Euro-5) and “Двигатель: двухместная с одним спальным местом” (engine: two-seat, with one berth), and leaves the line “Экологический стандарт” (emission standard) of its engine section without a value. The history page records that the SHACMAN Delong F3000 was fully registered on the national market on 16 November 2009; none of the three pages gives a start of series production.
